Skylar Davies, a teen from Australia who became one of Billie Eilish’s greatest fans and was friends with her after meeting during a gig in Sydney has passed away on Dec. 26, 2019.
Skylar’s Instagram profile revealed that she loved everything arts and culture-related, as well as a rare penchant for makeup and fashion. So, what happened to Skylar Davies?
Billie Eilish has paid her respects to the teenage girl who tragically passed away in an Instagram story saying, “Rest easy beautiful girl. Sending every ounce of love I have to Skylar’s family and friends. My heart is shattered.”
Billie’s Instagram Story’s first few slides include black and white photographs of Billie and Skylar embracing each other, and sharply colored, neatly edited selfies that the teen posted online.
Skylar moved from New South Wales to study at an Australian university. Meeting her favorite singer, Billie Eilish was hands down the greatest highlight of living in this bustling metropolis. It all started when Skylar bought tickets for an upcoming concert at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on April 30, 2019 little did she know that history would soon be made.

Skylar’s father, Rob Davies said, “Skylar meant everything and more to us and we are deeply heartbroken. She was an amazing daughter, sister, and best friend. She was the love of my life, my everything my universe. I really can’t believe she is gone. My heart breaks more as the reality of it all sinks in.”
Skylar’s family has released an emotional post to announce the tragic death of their daughter. They shared this information via Instagram, which was then deleted.
Billie’s second-half Instagram story was all about her and Kira, the purple-haired girl. Billie’s caption read “F–k, I don’t understand why this is happening, I hate this, I don’t know how I’m only finding out now, you’re not here anymore, I love you so much Kira, please fly high, rest in peace.”
Whatever happened to Skylar and Kira? Some claim that Skylar died during a car accident, while others hypothesize that it was cancer that took the life of this young woman.
