Joana Pak is popularly known as the wife of the Korean-American actor Steve Yeun. He is credited for his role as Glenn Rhee in the drama series, Walking Dead. The early days of Joana Pak’s life
Joana Pak, wife of Steven Yeun was born on Wednesday, October 1, 1986. She is one of the children born to her parents who are Korean immigrants to the United States of America. She has a sister named Kayle Pak. There are not many details of her formative years but we know that she was raised in the States alongside her sister. She also bagged a bachelor’s degree in art from Columbia College Chicago. A place where she began to develop an interest in photography.
After graduating from college, Joana Pak decided to chase her photography dreams. She started off gradually and today, she has gained experience and has succeeded with her career. Also, in a bid to enhance her knowledge in the arts and technicalities involved with photography, the lady attended graphic design classes in addition to taking editorial internships. She subsequently focused on the basis of printing and later moved to Los Angeles; there, she began chasing her dreams fully. She currently runs a freelance photography company known as Jo Pakka Studio.
How She Became Steven Yeun’s Wife
Joana Pak and Steven Yeun’s relationship story can be simultaneously interchanged with Walt Disney’s Cinderella and the Prince’s love tale. The two started dating when Joana was still a college student in 2009. Thereafter, they faced a few challenges in their relationship because of distance. The duo, however, fought through and began to understand each other better.
Sometime in 2015, the duo decided to enhance their commitments with an engagement. They then officiated their union at Paramour Estate in California on December 3, 2016. They had an elaborate ceremony with over 200 guests including several celebrities in attendance.
One year after their union, Pak took to social media and announced that they were expecting their first child. So, on the 17th of March 2017, they welcomed their son, Jude Malcolm Yeun. Sometime in December 2018, Pak announced yet again that their second child was on the way. Currently, Pak is diligently grooming her son while enjoying taking photos of her family and uploading them online. On her husband’s part, he acknowledges her as his support system and a loving wife.
