To be honest, fame can sometimes feel like a double-edged sword. Some people go from relative obscurity to overnight stardom and enjoy their 15 minutes of fame, only for it all to fade away again over time. However, some TikTok users claim that the app artificially limits their reach and they’re not happy about it!
TikTok users are complaining about their content not showing up in the feed of those that follow them. The reason for this is likely because they have been shadowbanned on TikTok, and haven’t realized it yet! Well, there’s a way to fix this issue as well: here’s how you can unshadowbanned yourself from TikTok.
How can you tell if you’re being shadowbanned on TikTok.
TikTok users are starting to notice that their videos have significantly fewer views. They might think it’s because TikTokers aren’t as interested in what they’re posting, or maybe because TikTokers just don’t want to follow them anymore! However, the real problem may be shadowbanning – where your content is hidden from other people on the platform without telling you about it. But maybe you’ve been shadowbanned from TikTok. If so, your videos won’t show up on the For You Page and they will never appear in search results when people search for them by hashtag. But you don’t need to worry, it’s probably only temporary.

How to get unshadowbanned on TikTok.
If you want to avoid getting shadowbanned on TikTok, it’s important to know what kind of behavior is against TikTok’s Community Guidelines. The most obvious reason why someone may get banned from using TikTok is if they post something that violates them. TikTok’s guidelines are pretty straightforward. (Obviously, things like nudity and hate speech will not be allowed). However, there is a chance that you may have violated their rules unintentionally such as using copyrighted music or sharing misleading information.
Even if you did nothing wrong, it’s possible your account was shadowbanned by mistake. This is because TikTok uses bots to monitor content and sometimes they might fail or be a bit off course when doing their job properly. It’s an unfortunate price for taking part in something as popular as TikTok.
You should also note that a first-time shadowban may be in effect for up to 14 days. However, if you break the rules again after this period of time passes, your ban could become permanent. So make sure not to post anything against TikTok’s policies. If you think your account might’ve been shadowbanned, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Make sure to update it fully as well! It’s frustrating but this is a good way of making sure that there isn’t some kind of technical glitch responsible for all these problems with your account. Best wishes.
